Who we are
This website and Divina are run by Sweeney Creative (“we”). Contact: dev@divinaos.site. By using this website, the free browser version of Divina or the Divina app, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
Who can use Divina
You must be 18 or over. Divina’s AI features run on services from Google, Anthropic, OpenAI and ElevenLabs, whose terms require adult users, and Divina is not directed at children.
What Divina is — and isn’t
- Divina is an early-access product provided “as is” and “as available”. It may change, have bugs, or stop working, and we don’t promise it will be available at any particular time.
- Replies from Divina are generated by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude or OpenAI, whichever you pick), and Divina’s natural voices are AI-generated, not a real person. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important yourself.
- Nothing Divina shows — weather, news, markets, sports, or AI replies — is professional advice (financial, legal, medical, safety or otherwise). Don’t rely on it for decisions that matter; for severe weather, follow your official weather service.
- Information from third-party sources is shown as received and may be delayed or inaccurate.
Your API keys and third-party services
- To use the AI or the natural voice you add your own API key from Google, Anthropic, OpenAI or ElevenLabs. You are that company’s customer for the key: you are responsible for keeping it private, for any charges it makes, and for following its terms — Google’s Gemini API terms (in the UK, EU and Switzerland, a key with billing turned on), Anthropic’s terms and Usage Policy, OpenAI’s terms and usage policies, or ElevenLabs’ terms (whose free plan is for non-commercial use only). Only use voices you have the right to use.
- Divina encrypts your keys before saving them and sends each only to its own company, but no software can be perfectly secure: keep your computer and browser account private, and if you think a key has been exposed, revoke it on that company’s website and make a new one.
- Divina uses outside services (for example MET Norway for weather, OpenStreetMap for place names, Hacker News via Algolia for news, and the AI and voice companies you pick). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we are not responsible for them.
- Anything you connect (a calendar file, an email account, an Instagram token and so on) must be yours or used with permission. Email is read-only: Divina never sends, moves or deletes mail.
- Crypto prices come from CoinGecko using your own CoinGecko key, under CoinGecko’s terms (data provided by CoinGecko). Prices can be delayed or wrong and are never financial advice.
Your data
How we handle personal data, and your rights, are in the Privacy policy. Divina sets no cookies; what it keeps on your device is listed in the Cookie policy and in Settings → Privacy & cookies, where you can also delete it all.
The iPhone app
If you got Divina from the App Store, these terms apply together with Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement. Purchases, refunds and payment are handled by Apple under its terms. Apple isn’t responsible for Divina or for supporting it: contact us instead.
Your content
- What you put into Divina (notes, memory, agents’ instructions, routines, worlds) stays yours. You’re responsible for it and for what you ask the AI.
- Only share your screen with Divina, or translate a conversation, when you have the right to: don’t capture other people’s private information or record people without the permission the law requires where you are.
- When you share a card, check the picture first and only share what you’re happy to make public. You’re responsible for what you share.
- Backups are sealed with your passphrase. We never have it and can’t recover a backup if you forget it. Only restore backups you made yourself.
Using Divina fairly
Don’t use Divina to break the law, to harm anyone, to get around other services’ rules or limits, to attack or overload any system, or to copy, resell or reverse-engineer Divina except where the law allows it.
Desktop control (Divina app)
The Divina app can open apps and websites, change the volume and similar things on your computer, when you ask it to. Divina asks before acting on the AI’s own suggestion. You are responsible for what you ask it to do on your computer.
Ownership
© 2026 Sweeney Creative. All rights reserved. Divina — its code, design, look and feel, images, text and the name Divina™ — belongs to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Using Divina doesn’t give you any ownership of it. You may not copy, scrape, frame, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, host, resell or build other products from Divina or any part of it, except where the law expressly allows it; we may take action against anyone who does. Open-source parts are used under their own licences, listed in the licences file. Names such as Google, Gemini, Instagram and Windows are trademarks of their owners; Divina is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Our responsibility to you
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for loss of data, profit or opportunity. Because Divina is currently free, to the extent the law allows our total liability to you is limited to £100.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud — and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. We may stop offering Divina or any part of it. You can stop using it at any time, and remove the browser version’s data by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring claims in your local courts, and if you live elsewhere you keep any protections your local consumer law gives you.
